Staff, faculty, and campus partners play a key role in promoting the Fall Career & Internship Fair and helping students prepare for the event. Use the resources below to post in student areas or share digitally. Please also share the Preparing for the Fair guide with students, which features campus Fair prep events, tips, and resources to help students get the most out of their experience.
When should you promote the Fair? For the spring, early January all the way through to the date of the Fair is a good window for general promotion.
Check back here in January for flyers, graphics, and slides.

- On each Fair Handshake event page you’ll be able to see employers attending.
- Need some help preparing for the Fair? Attend a prep night event from your school or college!
- You can also login to Handshake and search “Events” for a full list of prep events, workshops and networking events, and check out the Preparing for the Fair page on this website for tutorials, instructional videos, and more.
