COVID-19 Protocols

Fall 2021 in-person career fairs will follow UW-Madison’s event guidelines. While Dane County has lifted all Public Health Orders, the University is providing their own policies and procedures for the return to campus. Please check the COVID-19 Response page for the latest on UW-Madison campus operations.

In-Person Career Fair Policies

Capacity limits are currently in place for Gordon Dining and Event Center. Employers may up to two representatives present for the in-person Career Fair.

Social distancing will be required. To facilitate distancing we ask that employers only bring items that can be displayed on a table or that will take up minimal floor space. Items such as sound systems, light displays, and any items that cannot be carried in should not be brought.

Grab and go food items will be provided; however there will not be an employer lounge/dining area. Representatives should eat at their assigned table.

Masks will not be required, however ask that those who are not vaccinated wear a mask.

These protocols and policies may change as campus and local guidelines are updated. Please check this page for updates, and contact a member of the Career Fair Planning Team with questions about the in-person Fall Career and Internship Fair.
