Information for Employers
Note: The information on this page is specific to the all-campus Career & Internship Fair on September 16, 2026 at the Kohl Center. For employer information about other Fairs, please consult each fair listing on Handshake.
Registration Information
Registration Rates: For-Profit $900 | Government $400 | Start-Up / Small Business $300 | Non-Profit $150
- Each employer registration includes one 8 foot table + 2 chairs
- Additional representatives (beyond the 2 included with registration) can be added for $100 per person, up to 3 additional reps
- To ensure your organization is listed in the printed guides, please register and submit payment no later than Friday, August 28, 2026.

Below is a list of hotels that are conveniently located in downtown Madison and/or the campus area.

Parking
Parking is not included with Fair registration, but registrants may purchase a parking pass for campus near the Kohl Center. We suggest purchasing a parking pass at least two weeks before the event. Reserve a parking pass here.
Shipping
We encourage you to bring your table/booth materials with you, but if you need to ship your career fair materials in advance, please email employers@successworks.wisc.edu for instructions.

Some schools and colleges at UW-Madison will offer on-campus interviewing opportunities; check this space for updates or contact us for more information.
Additional Hiring Opportunities
Career Fairs are built to connect employers with students looking for internships and full-time degree-seeking job opportunities. Those wishing to promote part-time positions or on-campus student employment are encouraged to post to the Student Job Center.
