Employer Check-In and Set-up: 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. (Please enter through our main entrance, GATE A, facing Dayton Street).

Employer Dinner Buffet: 3:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Event Time: 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.

“If you are shipping freight to our Warehouse, you MUST send us completed Advanced freight form (page 2), along with your completed Payment Authorization form (page 6). If we receive freight at our warehouse and have not received payment before the show sets on Tuesday February 4, 2020, your freight will not be delivered to your table until payment is finalized.”

 

On-campus hourly parking is available in our public parking lots. Visitors can take a ticket upon arrival at the gate of available on-campus parking lots and pay with credit card at the gate with your ticket when exiting. Advance permits are highly encouraged due to limited parking availability.

Advance permits: please fill out the form from Transportation Services – Special Events: https://transportation.wisc.edu/event-parking/value-order-form/.
Note: you must request advance permits at least three weeks prior to the event due to processing and mailing. There will still be parking in UW and City of Madison lots the day of the event but we cannot guarantee convenient proximity to the Kohl Center.

In an effort to create an elevated personal experience and high level of availability  for our employers, staff members will be stationed throughout the venue to provide information or answer questions wearing

 “UW-Madison Apparel and University issued nametags” (STAFF/VOLUNTEER)

LOAD IN / LOAD OUT TEAM: Volunteer student groups will be on site to meet employers who need assistance carrying items into the venue before and after the Fair. Covered meters located on N. Francis Street (east side of Kohl Center) will serve as a drop-off loading zone.

Student volunteers will be located on the corner of Dayton and N. Francis St., Loading Zone and inside Gate A.

WELCOME TEAM: We don’t want the interaction to stop at Employer Registration (Gate A). Members from career services will be around to check-in with you before and after the fair once you have made it to your table.

EMPLOYER SERVICES TABLES: Need assistance and you don’t see a RED shirt? Try our Employer Service Tables. An employer service table will be located on each level by the elevators (near Sections 121 and 221).

 

Table location will be assigned based on time of company registration on a first-come, first-serve basis. We encourage employers to sign up at their earliest convenience.

A $75 late fee will be added for organizations registering on or after January 21.

Specific requests for table locations can only be honored for those who are registered Corporate Partners as part of agreements outlined in each College’s employer partnership/sponsorship program.

At this time, registration for non-corporate partners is limited to 1 table, due to space constraints. If you wish to add a 2nd table (at full price), please indicate that in your registration, and we will add you to a wait list.

 

In the event you are unable to make the Fair the following cancellation policy applies for the Spring 2020 Career & Internship Fair:
Full Refund:  Before January 21
No Refund:  On or after January 21
